ヨガ歴10余年。自身も様々な心身の変調を経験する中で、ヨガ・瞑想・アーユルヴェーダの効果を日々実感する一人です。インド仕込みですが(北部Rishikesh、Dharamsala、南部Kochi、Kerala)、「調身」「調息」「調心」を基本に、日本人のライフスタイルと精神性に合わせた無理のないヨガを心がけています。地域包括支援センターなどと連携し、認知症予防ヨガの活動にも積極的に取り組んでいます。

Trained in India (Rishikesh, Kochi, Kerala, Dharamsala), she has established
her own teaching style with a variety of influences of yoga, ayur veda,
and meditation. Her program typically covers asana (pause), pranayama (breathing),
and meditation, bringing about peace and stability in body, mind, and soul.
She is also actively involved in improving MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment)
with the help of Yoga in cooperation with local support centers for elderly.
